CVFP is a progressive and dynamic medical practice located in NW Calgary; we provide care to 23,500 newborn to
geriatric patients from Calgary and the surrounding area. Our practice is uniquely funded by the Alberta
Government. We use a patient based funding model (as opposed to fee for service) where we are provided with an
annual allotment of funding per patient in our clinic panel.
We provide care using a large co-located team of professionals which includes a nurse practitioner (with a specialty
in women’s wellness), registered nurses, pharmacists, certified diabetic educators, respiratory educators, health
management nurse, behavioural health consultant, medical office assistants and administrative assistants.

• Open Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm
• Flexible scheduling arrangements; on-going and regular shifts available
• $155/ hour plus additional uninsured services billings, no overhead.
• Average patient volume of 20 patients per day
