Non-Sponsored Fellow
Letter of Intent
A letter specifying the desired fellowship program and the reason for application.
Curriculum Vitae
An outline of previous training. This should include your medical school education, residency program and training experiences relevant to the fellowship you are applying to.
Three Letters of Recommendation
Letters should be addressed to the program specifically.
Letters need to be in PDF format and submitted by the referee to the program email address (radiology.fellowship@ucalgary.ca)
Letters submitted to the program from the applicant will not be considered and the application will be incomplete.
Sponsored Fellow Applicants
Educational Contract
The University of Calgary has educational contracts with countries all over the world.
Applicants from countries listed must apply direclty to their sponsoring agnecy.
Applications received by the program will be DELETED. There is no exception to this rule.
Financial guarantee
From the sponsor guaranteeing sponsorship.
