UCLIC Orientation - Class of 2025

Dates: April 25-26, 2024

Location: Heritage Inn & Convention Centre, 1217 2 St W, Brooks, AB T1R 1P7

This year’s orientation is hosted by Dr. Erich van der Linde, Dr. Nicus Gildenhuys, and the town of Brooks. Partners and children are welcome to attend breakfast buffet both days, afternoon Explorer Bus Tour at Dinosaur Provincial Park and Thursday evening dinner. The dinner is being hosted by RhPAP and the Town of Brooks.

A block of hotel rooms has been secured and once the full guest list is known, a room at the Heritage Inn will be booked for you. The rooms are paid for by the UCLIC Program, along with any activities and meals indicated on the agenda. You will need to provide a credit card upon check in to cover any incidentals you may incur during your stay, but you will not be charged for the room fees.

Please indicate if you plan to attend the Explorer Tour at Dinosaur Provincial Park on Thursday afternoon, April 25th. Please include names of guests if they are also attending. Please note, as we (preceptors/students) will already be onsite, your guests will need to drive out to the park to join us.
