We have an exciting opening for a Family Physician and a Specialist Physician to join our brand-new modern clinic. We have a dedicated and well-trained staff to help our physicians. Our focus is to provide exceptional patient-centred care to all of our patients.

New graduates and those seeking locum opportunities are welcome to apply. We will provide support and mentorship for those who are new graduates in order to feel comfortable and safe while they build their practice and we have a very collegial atmosphere. All applicants must be fully licensed in Alberta to practice without supervision or sponsorship.

We are located in a very busy location in the North-East area of Calgary next to the Peter Lougheed Hospital. We are located near the C-train, diagnostic labs, Mayfair imaging, Sunridge Mall and CDC.

We are eager to hear from you in order to help you build your long-term practice with a dedicated and friendly team.
We guarantee $680K plus earning per year, as we offer many services, including 3rd party earnings. We provide Facial Rejuvenation, Hair Restoration, Light Therapy, small procedures including Nexplanon and IUD insertions, and Assessments for Several Embassy Diplomats and Agents.

We use Telus Med Access EMR, very busy and well established clinic in a key location behind Peter Lougheed Hospital, 5 minute walk to Rundle CTrain Station and 5 minute to busy Sunridge Mall. Spacious and clean office space with supportive colleagues and staff as well as multiple allied health services located under the same location.

- Multidisciplinary team on site: experienced MOAs, Licenced Practical Nurse
- On site Functional Medicine, Dermatologist and Aesthetics/Facial Rejuvenation, CDC Booking, Eye disease screening

Responsibilities/ Tasks: 
• Examine patients and take their histories, order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures
• Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health
• Prescribe and administer medications and treatments
• Advise patients on health care
• Communicate health promotion, disease, illness and accident prevention to patients
• Co-ordinate or manage primary patient care
• Provide counselling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues

Credentials/Certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses 
• College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
• Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
• Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
• Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II)
