Are you passionate about driving innovation and improving healthcare outcomes in diverse communities? Mosaic Primary Care Network (MPCN) is seeking multiple Clinic Physicians at our ACCESS clinic who are interested in contributing to healthcare delivery in Calgary. As we transition into regional networks, this is an exciting opportunity to enhance collaboration, expand services, and address the evolving needs of our communities. This is an independent contractor role where you would provide episodic, semi-urgent medical care to patients.

Preferred Qualifications
We are seeking physicians in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta. The preferred skills are listed below, but we value growth and will support the right candidate with training:
• Clinical Practice: Provide good clinical practice in episodic care, guiding the care teams in delivering patient-centered care while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Continuity of Care: Take all reasonable measures to protect and preserve the continuity of care for their patients.
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Skilled in engaging stakeholders and managing crucial conversations and conflicts to achieve positive outcomes.
