We are expanding! We are recruiting a family physician to join our fully functioning, mature Medical Home. We provide a large variety of services and welcome physicians with special interest to continue to increase our diverse practice.
 

Start Date: Immediately 
Opportunity Type: Associate, Full-time
Overhead Split: Negotiated, the more you work the less you pay!
General Duties: We currently offer Breastfeeding, Low risk Obstetrics, Mental Health, Office procedures and full scope family medicine.
We manage our panel fully. Covid Vaccinations 90% of eligible patients fully vaccinated through our proactive outreach.

EMR: Med- Access, Remote Access, Video Capability (virtual) Equipment: Procedure Room
Support Staff: 1:1 Staff to Doctor ratio. MOA's, Panel Manager, LPNs, Clinic Manager
