General Duties: 
Comprehensive patient medical home/community health center model for patients who are low-income and have concurrent complex medical, psychiatric and social needs. Family physicians work within a highly collaborative and well-supported team to provide primary health care in an integrated model with other specialists and allied health team members. CUPS is seeking locum family physicians to join our team in a longitudinal manner to pick up shifts on an ongoing basis as their availability allows - shifts would be flexible to the locum's availability. Equipment: Procedure Room, ECG, Ultrasound, Slit Lamp, on-site lab, sterilization room
In‐house specialists & allied health: Psychiatry, NPs, OB, Infectious Diseases/Hep C treatment, General Pediatrics, Developmental Pediatrics, Nurses, outreach teams, peer support, OAT program, mental health counselors, social work/navigators, outreach palliative care, OT, child care for pts
Support Staff: MOAs, RNs, LPNs, health leadership team, SW, HR team, data team, Media team, Finance team
