General Duties
As part of the Genuvis Health team, you will:
Provide psychiatric assessments and follow-up care for adult patients with chronic pain and related mental health concerns
Work closely with our chronic pain and migraine management team
Collaborate within a highly skilled team that includes psychologists, chronic pain therapists, occupational therapists.
Help support patients in their transition to long-term community-based care

Position Overview
Genuvis Health is currently inviting applications for a General Adult Psychiatrist to join our collaborative multidisciplinary team at our Chronic Pain Management Clinic, located in Royal Oak, NW Calgary.
This role focuses on providing psychiatric care to adult patients dealing with chronic pain conditions, including those suffering from migraines and receiving Botox treatments. Many of our patients experience complex physical and mental health challenges, and our integrated model of care ensures a holistic and compassionate approach to their treatment.
We operate within a co-managed care model, allowing psychiatrists to work alongside managers, therapists, and allied health professionals to provide ongoing, recovery-focused support.

Qualifications
Eligible for independent licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA)
Canadian citizens and Permanent Residents will be given priority
Experience or interest in chronic pain, somatic symptom disorders, and psychosomatic medicine is considered an asset
