Position Type: Locum, 0.4 FTE 
Location: In Calgary
Start Date: January 2026
End Date: December 2026 (ideal but can be flexible)
On-call Duties: No
Overhead Split: 70-30
General Duties
Maternity leave locum coverage for 2 full days of general family practice/week, can add on walk-in or overflow from other physicians if wanting more hours. Treatment room available so can do procedures/IUDs/biopsies/implant insertions if interested. Also, opportunity to do Shared Mental health with psychologist. Ideally would like full year of coverage but even 9 months would be great. Extremely supportive colleagues. We have supported many new grads as locums in the last 5 years. There is room to stay on afterwards and start your own panel too if interested.

In‐house specialists & allied health: Pharmacist, Chiropractor, massage therapist, Respiratory Therapist
Support Staff: MOA, admin and manager available, access to PCN nurse/counsellor
