Education-to-Action Project (E2A)

The education-to-action project (E2A) is designed to mobilize community-based healthcare providers to support their patients' communities to adapt to the impacts of a changing climate and enhance the sustainability of high-quality, publicly funded healthcare.

Educational Resources

Primary care providers (PCPs) are able to access educational materials for themselves and their patients. We have organised the material into campaigns and will be adding to these campaigns as time goes by. The natural place to start as a provider is with the Planetary Health Foundations.
