Professor presents at conference on land restitution and territorial rights

Professor Al Lucas made a presentation on "The Relationship Between Natural Resource Disposition and Land Restitution Law and Policy" at The International Conference on Land Restitution and Territorial Rights in the Context of a Transition Towards Peace, at the National University of Colombia in Bogota on June 16, 2016. The conference is part of a project to assess implementation of Colombia's 2014 land restitution Law and policy, as peace discussions continue in Havana between the government of Colombia and the FARC guerrilla group that has carried on a half century insurgency in the country.
