Professors presenting at conferences in BC and the UK

Professor Emily Laidlaw is presenting at the Canadian Law of Obligations 2017 Conference in Vancouver, while Professor Jennifer Koshan is in London, England to present at the International Symposium on Domestic Violence and Contact Disputes.

The Canadian Law of Obligations 2017 Conference: Innovations, Innovators, and the Next 20 Years is taking place at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia on May 5 and 6. Emily will present with Hilary Young of the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law on the topic "Primary Publishers and Internet Intermediary Liability."

Jennifer will present her paper "Specialised Domestic Violence Courts in North America" at an International Symposium on Domestic Violence and Contact Disputes in London, England on May 5. Sponsors of the conference are the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, Queen Mary School of Law University of London, and Brunel University London, and attendees include academics, lawyers, judges, and NGO representatives.
