Appointment and Attendance Policy

To help us support all patients, please cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the spot to someone else.

If something unexpected happens, like illness or bad weather, please call us — we may be able to switch your visit to a phone or video appointment. 

If getting to appointments is difficult, talk with your care team so we can help.

To cancel:

  • Individual appointments: 403-943-9900
  • Group classes: 403-943-9925
  • Procedure appointments: 403-955-8190

A no-show is when you miss your appointment without canceling. After three no-shows, you may be discharged from the Chronic Pain Centre and Transitional Pain Services.
