Dr. Parsons Leigh and team are awarded CIHR funding to improve transitions in care

Congratulations Dr. Parsons Leigh, Dr. Fiest, Dr. Niven, Dr. Stelfox and team on receiving CIHR Evaluation Grant funding. Together they will improve transitions in care from the ICU by evaluating an electronic communication tool and developing a knowledge translation toolkit to support dissemination.
