Biography

Thelma is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education major in Home Economics from Technological University of the Philippines and Masters of Arts in Educational Administration from University of the Philippines.

She has been with the Department of Critical Care Residency program for 10 years now . Her work within the Department ranges on coordinating all planning, policies and human resources support services for the program. The incumbent is responsible for building the visibility of all clinical learners within the Department and ensures that their needs are being met and is instrumental in guiding the administrative support for the educational programs within the Department, following the policies and procedures of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC), College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC), the University, the Region and the Department and/or Division.

Administers One 45 as well as the new CBD based e-portfolio . Responsible for CaRMS, Internal and External review  and other selection methods as a Systems Administrator and coordinates the processes, policies and practices for the program.
