Leora Hiar

Leora is a Clinical Research Assistant for the Department of Critical Care Medicine at the University of Calgary. She works on a variety of research projects being conducted at sites across the city, including those investigating traumatic brain injuries, septic shock, bacteremia, COVID-19, pneumonia, and GI prophylaxis.

Leora completed her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Neuroscience at the University of Lethbridge in 2018 and her Master of Science in Neuroscience in 2020 with the Meaney Group at McGill University.
