Gurleen Randhawa

I was born in India and moved to Calgary when I was seven, and I’ve called it home ever since. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Calgary, where I explored different areas of research before a summer studentship in the Yong Lab convinced me to stick around for grad school! Outside the lab, I love experimenting with new recipes and cuisines, escaping to the mountains for camping trips with friends and family, and perpetually planning my next travel adventure (often before the last one is even over).
