Summer Student Symposium

Calling all summer students! ACHRI, the Owerko Centre and HBI have partnered together to offer summer students an opportunity to showcase their research through oral or poster presentations.

Event details

The Summer Student Symposium is an annual showcase event for undergraduates to present their research to each other and the broader university community.

Undergraduates from across the university, in all years of study and all stages of research, will present on a diversity of topics, approaches, and interests at the UCalgary.

Due to changes in campus operations, and with respect for our anticipated need to remain physically distant, our event will be a virtual symposium. Even with this change, students will have the opportunity to share their research with the broader UCalgary community and receive questions and comments about their work.

Calling all trainees! We could use your help in reviewing abstracts, facilitating oral presentations sessions, and judging - please register soon to attend the symposium to volunteer - thank you!
