UCMG Seniors Health Clinics

This service provides a team-based approach for multidisciplinary, consultative advice on assessment, diagnosis and development of treatment management plans of adults aged 65 or older with issues relating to medical complexity, frailty and chronic disease, functional decline, cognitive impairment, dementia or falls. Referrals for advice on dementia management challenges, complex chronic disease management, decline in functional status, delirium, disruptive behavior, frailty, frequency of falls; pre-op evaluation; review of complex medication issue

Community Clinics

Specialists in Geriatric Medicine and Geriatric Psychiatry in Calgary who will see patients with referral from family doctor, for a variety of issues including:

We offer several areas of subspeciality clinical consults within the Southern Alberta Clinic, Movement Disorders Clinic and Alex Seniors Health. Referrals to Geriatricians in these clinics are internal.
