The Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism at the University of Calgary has a group of physicians dedicated to providing the highest standard of care for patients diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer. Our physicians are highly trained clinically and are world renowned researchers in Thyroid Cancer. We work closely with our colleagues in Head and Neck surgery, Endocrine surgery, Pathology, Diagnostic Imaging and Radiation & Medical Oncology, to discuss cases and to ensure our patients are getting the most up to date and individualized care possible.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive, timely and personalized treatment to patients, provide regional and international leadership in the care of thyroid cancer patients through the development of guidelines and standards of care, outcomes evaluations, and clinical investigations.
Referrals
Physician referrals to the Endocrinology Division for thyroid cancer can be made by filling in the generic referral form and faxing it to our central access and triage.
